• $300.00 Administrative fee/rental property management account set-up fee.
• 8-10% Rental property management fee (% of rent collected) depending on type and number of properties.
• $150 – $400.00 New lease fee or lease renewal fee (annual – includes written property inspection, fees are based on initial Lease Term).
• $50.00 Meeting or assistance for appraiser or other inspector.
• 10% of claim for managing an insurance claim AND/OR Management fee rate on rent paid by insurance during rehab vacancy.
• $60.00 Notice fee/$500.00 Eviction fee (including court appearance). These are chargeable to Tenant account or security deposit.

Late Charges and Lost Discounts are collected and retained by Agency

• Up to $400.00 Leasing agent referral fee/commission.
 Example:
  • Referral fee/commission to co-agent is $250.00 (paid out of the $400.00 collected from property owner from initial move in funds)
