I want to take a moment to acknowledge the great work Walt Ford of IMS Realty has done in managing property in Las Vegas. Walt is personable, is proactive in seeking quality tenants, assures the property shows well, and is accurate in his estimates for any improvements and/or repairs needed. His attention to detail is particularly praiseworthy. During many years of owning property in this city I have had a number of property managers. I rate Walt at the top of the list.
