If you are looking for a furnished condo or other rental properties and would like to book a property for a future date, please contact us with a requested time frame.
Once we receive your request, we will reply with a confirmation email and your information and requested rental dates will be noted in our system. We will contact you approximately 30-60 days prior to your requested dates, with available rental properties for you to choose from.

Due to the substantial rental property inventory under our management, we usually always have furnished or unfurnished rental properties available.

We do have a “30 Day Notice To Vacate Policy” in place with some of our rental properties (at selected communities), unfortunately we are unable to reserve and/or confirm a specific condo, or other rental properties, until approx. 30-60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
